Our basic public Website is free to both RT2A members and individual users who are not members. However, we offer paid membership with additional benefits and use of additional functionality within the Website as well.

Our products and services are designed to give Member as much control and ownership of Member’s personal information and activity as possible. We encourage all members to express themselves freely. However, each Member must be responsible and accountable for their own content on this Website. In particular, as a Member, Member must make certain that none of the prohibited items listed below appear on Member’s site or get linked to from Member’s site (things like spam, viruses, or hate content).

  1. Private Association

RT2A is a private association made up of Americans actively working to revitalize the first Clause of the Second Amendment statutorily in every “free State” to legally, lawfully, and dutifully rearm and reaccouter all citizens for service through constitutional “well regulated militia.”

  1. Core Values and Noble Cause

We are an association of liberty-loving people. We embrace the organizational model articulated in the book Tribal Leadership. Our noble cause is to empower individuals to obtain political remedy leading to the revitalization of the Second Amendment such that it will lead to renewal of our entire society, including facilitating social, economic, and political wellbeing through (i) reeducation, (ii) organization, (iii) investigation, (iv) explanation, (v) promotion, (vi) participation, and (vii) mobilization.

  1. Nature of the Services

RT2A provides a safe and supportive private website for members and staff to work together with other normal, everyday, common people through education, activism and instructing legislators as private citizens (constituents), not paid lobbyists. We work within our local Citizens’ Homeland Security Associations (CHSA) Chapters to instruct our State representatives to restore the statutory authority to the citizens to be armed and accoutered as a duty of service to the State, as is our duty and inalienable right guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution and all State constitutions. By becoming a member of a local Citizens’ Homeland Security Association Chapter we work together in our local legislative district to study and reeducate, investigate, organize, explain, promote, participate, and mobilize our fellow citizens in how to provide ground-up security for our communities towns, cities, counties, and States along constitutional lines and in conformity to corresponding historical common law provisions.

  1. Protected Rights

Our rights to associate and to assemble as an association are protected by the 1st and 14th Amendments to the Constitution for the United States of America. The 1st and 14th Amendments also protect our rights to publish, including our desktop publishing and disseminating among RT2A members communications and draft legislation for instructing legislators, governors, commissioners, sheriffs, and other public officials, as well as, when necessary, filing civil lawsuits, criminal complaints, and litigation pleadings including motion practice and discovery requests which may be necessary to further our cause.

Additionally, Article I, Section 10 of the Constitution for the United States of America prohibits the 50 States from passing any law impairing the obligation of contracts. This Agreement is fully protected under Article I, Section 10.

The 14th Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America prohibits the 50 States and their bar associations from making any law, rule, regulation, or policy, infringing on the 1st and 4th Amendment protections including (i) our right to assemble to discuss the law for the purpose of upholding our right and duty to know and understand and obey and enforce the law; (ii) our right to engage in desktop publishing of legal and legislative matter; (iii) our right to hold our communications within and in connection to the RT2A forum as private and confidential; and (iv) our right to be free from any unreasonable search or seizure or investigation of any RT2A member information or communications.

For the express purpose of protecting RT2A association members and staff from abusive prosecution or publicly conveyed disinformation, all documents and communications occurring within the forum are the private property of RT2A.

Also for the express purpose of protecting RT2A association members and staff from abusive prosecution or publicly conveyed disinformation, the RT2A forum is strictly a private forum, and not a public forum, thus all communications by RT2A members and staff within the forum are private and confidential.

  1. Disclaimer

Outside of RT2A’s General Counsel, RT2A staff are not attorneys, nor are any of RT2A staff paid lobbyists, and do not hold themselves out as such. If any Member needs legal advice or representation, RT2A will encourage Members to consult a competent and trustworthy attorney.

We also are devoted to the vital Second Amendment purpose of revitalizing “the Militia of the several States” along constitutional lines and traditional common law principles, adhering to both the U.S. Constitution and the constitutions, laws, statutes, and regulations of the several States.

We prohibit our members from participating, nor intending to participate in any sort of “militia” organization, be that a “private militia,” “para-military militia,” “gun rights organization,” “gun training organization,” “emergency or fire training organization,” or any other type of quasi-military private militia organization or facsimile.

We do not condone any current or potential member of RT2A condoning involvement with such groups when carrying out “para-military,” “militia,” or other like activities of a similar nature as a part of their organizational or association activities.

Our members are volunteers who are free to speak their minds but may not act as official spokespersons for RT2A at any press conference, radio or TV interview, or any other broadcast media without the expressed permission of the Board of Directors of Revitalizing the Second Amendment, Inc.

While RT2A may recommend certain websites and published materials in the form of books, pamphlets, magazines, publications, CDs, DVDs, RSS feeds, Internet videos, or other sources that may contain useful information within the objectives of RT2A in “revitalizing the first Clause of the Second Amendment,” any such recommendation does not necessarily represent the official opinions or an endorsement by the Board of Directors of any of the content contained within the represented materials.

By joining as a member of Revitalizing the Second Amendment, member agrees to be added to our e-mail contact list to be kept informed of RT2A local, regional, and nationwide events.
